The hotel is located in a very relaxing area and offers options for both those who want to party or simply chill. Live bands play in the beach bar at night, which is perfect for those who enjoy music and cocktails. Guests who prefer quiet areas can enjoy the beaches and palm trees around the hotel. Rooms are clean, and some come with extra amenities such as swim-out areas and VIP sections with their own pools and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has many choices.

The facilities in some areas were outdated and not well-maintained, such as losing decorative caps on steps creating trip hazard.

I had a fantastic stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms By Karisma. The food was delicious, the entertainment was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The resort is also very walkable, which was perfect for senior guests like myself. The shuttle service around the resort was excellent, and the valets at the lobby were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The oceanfront location was stunning and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the variety of food options available, including fresh fruit at breakfast and the well-prepared a la carte dinners.

We experienced some plumbing issues during our stay, and the smell of sewage was occasionally strong. While the décor was nice, some aspects of the buildings and rooms were tired and in need of maintenance.

Great beachfront location and friendly staff always willing to help. Loved the high-speed internet and the variety of dining options available, including an Irish Pub and Asian restaurant. Had a great time at the Driftwood restaurant and Seaside Market Buffet.

The Italian restaurant was also a big disappointment. the hotel seems to be in need of an update with out-of-date rooms.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great facilities, and delicious breakfast. This hotel has various accessible facilities, including a walkable resort for seniors, shuttle service, and valet at the lobby. The hotel facilities are amazing since it has many little beach front areas around palm trees to chill out in, a swim-out room in the top VIP section of the hotel, and a pool bar and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of fresh fruit and choices to choose from. Also, all the staff were friendly and gave great service.
